Okay, so Java isn't enabled on DW or LJ.
Instead, tell Judge Titus that calling a woman a 'Ho' isn't religious freedom.
A federal judge has ruled that men can call women whores online--as long as the women are religious leaders. You heard that right.
Federal Judge Roger Titus recently ruled in favor of William Lawrence Cassidy, who sent over 8000 severely harassing tweets to Buddhist leader Alyce Zeoli. Amongst Cassidy's protected tweets are these nuggets: "ho bitch [Zeoli] so ugly that when she was born the doctor slapped her mother" and "do the world a favor and go kill yourself."
Titus ruled that Cassidy has a right to harass Zeoli this way because she is a public figure and--get this--because freedom of religious thought is a sacred Constitutional principle. Titus comforted Zeoli with the age-old maxim: "you don't have to look."
Tell Roger Titus that calling a woman "ho" is not religious thought and therefore not protected under the Constitution.
