Bleargh! Redecorating horror!

I'm looking at a before/after redecorating job.

Oh. My. God.

Rebecca's Garden.

The took this rustic family room with wood paneling and natural brick walls with a view of the lake, and they painted a tomato red stripe all the way around the room. They painted a nice wood cabinet bright red.

They showed the Before pictures and my eyes went: "Ordinary, but pleasant."

The After pictures: "Ow, ow, ow, ow, ow!"

If Rebecca ever shows up at your door, meet her with a flamethrower.

I can't stop watching this show. What else is she going to do? It's like a trainwreck.

You know, I've only seen one episode of Trading Spaces. This was something stranger. I think what it was is some kind of infomercial experiment by Home Depot where they pretended the infomercial was a real show. But they went a little cheap on the decorator and just got someone's neice who sort of looked like Martha Stewart. The results were hilarious. You should have seen her attempt a Martha Stewart floral arrangement.
