Yeah, let's switch to that (while I prod Sing's mad art skillz - yep, you're right, the background's boring without the words, but the diagonal doesn't work either. Ze artiste, she'll be able to solve this).

I'm pretty open on the Icarus site design actually. I just want my irrelevant Buddhist art. ;)

The effect I want is 'soothing.' That's why I chose that dark blue. The fonts need to be large, easy to read. Smooth. That image on Icarus' Slash Fiction (http://home.earthlink.net/~dinkbird/id3.html) holds a sword that has a particular meaning for me (Manjushri's the 'muse' of Buddhism, so-to-speak). I should get a better version.

Anyway, onto your website. I'll be using the picture with the 'soothing' charm to it. By saying you want your Buddhist art on the page are you implying that you drew them? (heh, makes it easier to have an image source already.) If not, what exactly are you looking for?

The image on that page - with the orange fellow holding the sword? - yeah, Harry Potter or not I still want to keep that. But I should get a clearer image. No, I didn't draw them, though i have done sculpture. Those images are geometrical in their exactness and take a lot more time than I have.
