Percy Ficathon

I'm getting really excited about the Percy Ficathon. Some really good story ideas are bouncing around. Mine is starting to come together. It's terribly implausible, but sounds like fun. :D

Remember Ficathon fans, we have five more weeks! You can post anytime between now and then, just be sure wherever you post the story you say in the summary or A/N that it was written for the Percy Ficathon. On April 30th and May 1st I'll put up a master list!

Percy, I realise you want some intrigue. I checked with WG, it's not what the story needs right now. Got it? This story is not about you. Sorry. You're a fairly minor character. And stop depressing everyone with your dreams, all right?

Draco, I realise you have an entirely different concept of what this war is about, but if you insist on telling us all about it I might just give the Prologue back to Ron. Kapish?

Ron. Wake up, boy! You've got a war to fight. Yes, yes, I know you want to hang back, shag Draco, lie around, but you've gotta look lively. Or else I'll make Draco the main character. 'Kay?

Lucius, believe it or not, Lord of Magic or not, you aren't the central character either. If you must start some intrigues it will have to be in another story, or off to the sidelines. Got it? We already have a plot, thank you.

There's a story that wants to be written. It's pulling at me hungrily.

It's Lucius/Percy. It's slow-build. It's gentle and passionate, sweet and dishonest.

There's another story that I've promised myself I'd write this weekend. I've worked on the research for months. It's a struggle almost equal to the struggle to The Hat Trick.

Do I force it on SNAFU? Or write the Lucius/Percy?

I feel frazzled, and haven't gotten any writing done today. Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck. I have only ten days before a killer schedule kicks in. If I don't write SNAFU and work on Snape Manor in that time, it'll be June before I can touch it again.
