Cat Update and -- Beta?
Nov. 9th, 2004 02:46 amThank goodness. The fuzzhead is resting quietly after a rough night. The petroleum jelly around his mouth and ears and eyes were what he needed. The fleas started biting there when the flea poison was put on him. Augh.
He's exhausted, and I think Frontline flea poison makes him feel low-energy, too. It's been an unusually bad flea season this year I'm told - it's the first time in five years he's ever had them. If there's any way I can avoid poisoning him and the fleas, I'd do it. But as a Buddhist I have to weigh the consequences of ongoing flea-bombing/drowning/flushing/vacuuming as opposed to making fleas infertile and stopping the cycle altogether.

And other fanfic news: I'm starting to tinker with that missing scene from Beg Me For It, the "drabble" that has, er, grown to 11 pages now.
