Have you ever had a professional relationship that bordered on friendship once, then faltered, and you're stuck in a semi-friendship where in reality you found out don't like each other? Or rather, you still try to like the other person, and they show every sign of attempting to like you, but every now and then the dislike seeps through... a little comment, a nasty observation... and you suspect that your own disdain for that person is also showing. It's poisonous and I'm tempted to just end it, but I've gotta work with this person so....
Is it unhealthy to grit one's teeth for any great length of time?
