Chess sets with shiney, shiney teeth

Looking at a video of a celebrity, trying to figure out what's changed I realize - oh. He got his teeth done.

I liked him better before, even though now he is more handsome. This "Hollywood Teeth" thing makes everyone look the same. Okay, different, but like they all belong to the same chess set.

Here's one of my favourite Stargate SG-1 fics. It's not long, but it accounts very well for the strangeness of Jack-the-Air Force colonel sleeping with Daniel:

I didn't notice the change, actually. I'll have to, I dunno, compare the teeth in an S7 and an S5 shot. (Or maybe you have some shots you can link to?)
