Yes. I thought it was probably going to be Sirius.

I think I'm not going to write Snape Manor now. I'm stunned. The description of Sirius' house is so much like what I had in mind for Snape Manor. She had infestations, I had more magical objects. She had screaming portraits of old relatives, I had relatives appearing in reflections - but it's so close to Snape Manor, and the feel of it, that I was totally discouraged as I read those scenes.

On the other hand, the description of the Ministry is exactly what I needed for 'Beg Me For It.' Glad I haven't written 'SNAFU' yet.

Yay, you've read it! I've been wanting to talk to you about the book. I was *so* flashing on your work when I was reading --- private lessons? snark? Gradual, grudging ambivalence shading into understanding?

I thought of Cybele and others, too. But my god, it's so slashy. It's almost like J.K. Rowling knows, somehow ...

Anyway, Sirius --- I knew, once I started reading the book and she started to pay so much unnecessary attention to him that this was a bad omen. But I still cried.

Wasn't the Black residence great? It had such a physical, textured atmosphere. And Kreacher, what a hoot. His behaviour had me in fits at the start of the book.

So, more SNAFU soon? Didn't you love how Arthur was crammed away from sight? So appropriate for his status.

What about blindedbythelight!Percy, how does he fit in?
