Second, is it possible for an author to change their screenname in efiction? I ask because it really pains me to see that old screenname (stellamaru). I haven't logged into my yahoo mail account in ages, and I can't find that thing you sent with all that account info and password (honestly, I'd kind of forgotten I had stuff there...).

I've tried. It drives me nuts that "Icarus" is not capitalized on my site.

You can't change screen names -- but! -- you can create a new account and reupload the stories. Once you have them there, I can delete the old account (and I'll change my link here).

I'm curious. Is your story "The Albatross" actually a sequel to "The Old Meddler" or does it simply read like one?

They have nothing whatsoever to do with each other. I wrote "The Albatross" before I'd ever heard of "The Old Meddlar."

Hmm. Come to think of it, the way I heard of "The Old Meddlar" is that someone read "The Albatross" and said it reminded them of it.
