How to capture a video. No, I'm asking.

I would like to capture a streaming video file that plays in a pop-up window from an online site.

For YouTube I use "Keep Vid" but this site doesn't have a URL for me to try that.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

it also says you have to restart your browser for the program to do its thing.

Hmm. It'll do it in YouTube, but I'm getting a blank recording when I try to download the streaming video in this site.

I think they have it pop up this way to prevent people from copying it. So it's going to require a creative solution. Hmm....
