dien is just going through a bad patch with it right now. She feels responsible for it, and feels it certainly needs to be completed because people like it so much. But it's clammed up and refuses to talk to her (mostly because of the shifts in characterisation from OotP I suspect - her last chapter tried to take into account a more aggressive post-OotP Harry). But also some rabid fans have tried to threaten her into continuing it, spoiled some of the fun of it for her and pissed her off, too. She'll finish it, but in her own time.
