I considered it. But then I watched The Reader (a write-in) rack up the points. It was a very close race, and had Inot had class this morning ended it at 10 am it would have been quite a different outcome. The winner is (by a hair):

Nimrod alert!

fandom_scruples once again has her wires crossed, quoting COPA, the censorship law That Is Not Law. It was struck down by the Supreme Court.

Not once. Not twice. But three times now (1997, 2002 and 2003).

The most recent comments:

The decision follows a Supreme Court decision that sent the case back to the appeals court, which had previously ruled that COPA was unconstitutional."
